Finding an unoaked chardonnay that works is a bit of a challenge. The wine needs depth of flavor, intensity, complexity. Many that the club has tried lack these elements. Kopriva though is very refreshing, complex, smooth yet crisp stainless steel fermented Chardonnay. This is their plan - to moake the BEST unoaked Chardonnay in Sonoma County. They are certainly well in the running!
