Butter and oak styled chard yet with beautiful crisp intensity on the finish. More creamy than buttery. More toasted oak than overdone burnt oak. Very new age California chardonnay. 100% French oak barrel fermented (35% new oak) with regular stirring on the lees. In the barrel for 9 months, then finished in stainless steel. 350 case production.
